Downtown Winterhaven

This project involved the remodel and restoration of many buildings that were constructed back in the early 1900’s. The architectural firm Wallis, Murphey, and Boyington did an excellent job in capturing the nostalgia while working with more modern materials. This renovation included a popular downtown restaurant “Tanners Pub”. Tanner’s was originally opened in December 2002; the redesign and remodel took place in 2008 as their needs changed and their business grew. A national chain restaurant (Tropical Smoothie) was also part of this project. The remaining spaces were developed for local small business and professionals.
